Lunch And Learn: How To Manage Stress In The Workplace

We know that wellbeing in the workplace is a business fundamental, and when people are supported to thrive, businesses in turn will flourish.

With over 12 billion working days lost every year globally to depression and anxiety (at a cost of US$ 1 trillion per year according to the World Health Organisation), creating psychologically safe working environments is one of the biggest challenges organisations faced by business leaders today. So how do we overcome these challenges, and remove the stigma around mental health at work?
