A Tour Of The Historic Pubs Of Fleet Street & The City Of London

Fully Booked

Walking Tour

We will begin the tour near the Law courts and visit pubs with legal, literary, and very many historic connections. The oldest pubs date back 500 years and has been visited by politicians, writers, and key people in the history of London, including Dr Johnson, Christopher Wren, and George Orwell. Our Guide, Sam Jacobs, has lived and worked in the City of London for many years in the City of London, and will share insider stories about living, working, and having fun in the City.

There'll be plenty of opportunities to explore the food and drink available in the City during our time together. You can find more information about the pubs we will be visiting in Sam’s book, A guide to eating, drinking and sleeping in the City of London.
