Summer usually means a bit of an intern season at Z/Yen - 2023 has been no exception. Eagle-eyed readers of the Z/Yen and FSClub websites might well have noticed the names Molly Homer and Sam Stephenson appearing of late. Molly, who is at Queen Mary University of London, spent time with Z/Yen between late May and August. Sam Stephenson, from University of Exeter, joined in July and leaves in September.

Interestingly, this year, Z/Yen is branching into longer-term University placement/internship with the arrival of Jacopo Moratto from Newcastle University (see headline picture) in September. If you can see a link on Jacopo's name, that means you are reading this article after he has arrived, so you can read all about him as part of "Our Team". Jacopo will be with Z/Yen for the whole of academic year 2023/24, cross fertilising his AI in engineering studies with the depth of Z/Yen's knowledge and work in machine learning for commerce.
