The Centre is set to return to the Pomme d’Or in Jersey for its employee share plans and trustees conference on Friday, 22 May 2026. The Centre is delighted that this year’s event is held in conjunction with the Jersey Association of Trust Companies (JATCo) along with STEP Jersey, and we look to emulate the success of the 2025 event, building on the achievements of this industry-leading networking and learning opportunity.
A programme of talks from expert speakers will update trustees and employee share scheme professionals.
In keynote speeches, Chief Executive Officer of Digital Jersey, Tony Moretta will focus on the approach to digital technology including AI & FinTech in Jersey; and Joe Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer of Jersey Finance, will give a Jersey IFC update focussing on the themes of stability, competitiveness and collaboration, along with a look at Jersey’s relationship with the UK.
Programme topics include recent developments in employee share schemes; a guide to EMI scheme design through a series of case studies; and a panel debate on private company trading and employee liquidity since the first launches on PISCES (Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System).
The programme is drafted to provide relevant technical information, which we trust will be acceptable as counting towards your Continuing Professional Development or Continuing Competence.
Presentations will run from approx. 09:00 to 13:00, followed by a networking lunch.
