There is a $2trillion annual gap of unfunded infrastructure projects globally. This gap is expected to grow despite the trillions of institutional and professional funds seeking direct investment into infrastructure.
Estates and Infrastructure Exchange has been established to address this gap, providing both a Primary Market for new issuances and a Secondary Market to create liquidity and help refinance standing assets.
