The Z/Yen Group: we merge Zen and Yen - “a philosophical desire to succeed” - in a ratio, recognising that all decisions are trade-offs.  Z/Yen helps organisations make better choices through market intelligence, better systems and risk/reward management.  Our clients consider us a commercial think-tank that spots, solves and acts.

"Towards better policies through shared investment research" - the London Accord is a unique collaboration among investment banks, research houses, academics and NGOs.  The project’s sponsors, The City of London Corporation, the Z/Yen Group, Forum for the Future and Gresham College, encourage investors and policy makers to engage with each others' thinking about environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.  The London Accord brings the innovation and rigour of financial markets’ research to bear on the evaluation of investment opportunities in potential solutions to the impact, and mitigation, of ESG issues.

ExtZy - "Exchange Trading Z/Yen", The Market Of Markets - is the Z/Yen game that turns the internet into a stock exchange.  ExtZy is more than a game, though - it's a powerful tool for market analysis. By combining a social network with a trading engine, Z/Yen delivers a sophisticated prediction market.  ExtZy is an incipient trend detector for the community - much more knowledge can be derived from information such as the price/earnings ratio than simple data such as hit rates.  Play for free prizes (see prize list), or 'list' your own websites as shares for information.

Z/Yen supports National Ethical Investment Week (NEIW), 17 to 23 May 2009.  National Ethical Investment Week (NEIW) is a cooperative campaign to increase the number of consumers choosing a green and ethical investment. The campaign involves financial advisers, NGOs, charities and faith groups in promoting investments that can make a difference to society and the environment, as well as an excellent financial return. NEIW provides an opportunity for concerned organisations and individuals to hold events and activities during the same week, and together have more impact than they would individually.
