Speakers:

Tracy Wong Harris is appointed as the Private Capital Mobilization Strategy Advisor at Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and the Executive Vice President of the Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA). A results-driven leader in sustainable finance with over 20 years global experience across investment and commercial banking, she has deep expertise in sustainable finance origination, product innovation, and policy advocacy, and is passionate about leveraging finance to accelerate the global transition to sustainability. Tracy previously served as Managing Director and Head of Sustainable Finance Asia, at Standard Chartered, and earlier held fixed income and structured products roles at JPMorgan, Mizuho International, Barclays Capital, and BNP Paribas in London and Hong Kong. She serves on the Policy Research Committee of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council (FSDC), is a Board Member of Sprinkles (HK) Charity Foundation (s88), and Senior Advisor to the HK2050isNow Green Building Project. Former appointed member of the Securities & Future Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) Climate Change Technical Expert Group, Board Member of AIDS Concern, Board Member of the Hong Kong LGBT+ Interbank Network, and founder of JPM PRIDE HK. She holds an MSc and a BA in International Finance and Capital Markets from the UK, completed the Social Finance program at Oxford Saïd Business School, and certified Hong Kong Institution of Bankers (HKIB) Green and Finance Professional level.

Katy Yung is the Chief Executive Officer of Sustainable Finance Initiative (SFi), a global platform created by and for Asia Pacific-focused private investors and changemakers, who believe in mobilising private capital for positive impact. SFi advises, guides and collaborates with impact driven family offices, asset owners, private investors, and financial services professionals to best position their capital for profit and purpose. Prior to founding SFi, Katy was Director of Investment at HK-based family office RS Group, where she led their transition from a traditional investment portfolio to one that was 100% sustainably invested. In this role, she was actively involved in designing and implementing impact and climate change strategies across asset classes. She started her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited, where she focused on capital raising and M&A transactions across a diverse range of sectors. Katy graduated from Duke University, NC with a Bachelor degree in Economics, Comparative Area Studies.
