The Importance Of Tax In Tax Advantaged Employee Share Plans
Webinar (invitation only)

Background: In this presentation, Jennifer Rudman and Graham Bull discuss the impact of tax changes on tax-advantaged employee share plans in the UK, particularly SAYE (Sharesave) and SIP (Share Incentive Plan). It covers topics such as capital gains tax, dividend tax, and strategies for employees to manage tax liabilities. It also highlights the importance of educating employees about these changes and providing them with the necessary information and tools to make informed decisions regarding their share plan participation and potential tax implications.
