Risk/reward management is core to effective business development. Z/Yen works with its sister company, Jaffe Associates to provide business development consultancy to professional services firms. Jaffe Associates operates in North America and Europe and has huge experience in working in partnership cultures to achieve results. We were founded in Washington D.C. in 1979 and in Europe in 1999.

Our clients are management teams who are serious about improving their firms’ performance. We help them to generate and agree strategic options and then design the structures and processes to help implement strategy. Areas of specialisation include: the effectiveness of business development organisation and processes, client relationship management programmes and post-merger integration relating to the marketplace.

Clients come to us to: develop their corporate and practice area business strategies, improve or implement client relationship programmes, develop and implement their marketing campaigns and to undertake media relations drawing on our experience of the industry in which professional firms operate.
