Lorna began her career on a software support helpdesk advising on UK information technology systems for a company in Hampshire. She later moved to London to take up a position with a software developer as a divisional administrator/website co-ordinator, developing a client access extranet. Lorna later moved to the City where she worked for a financial services regulatory body. Here she streamlined the administrative processes of the support department, writing procedures and training staff. This included initiating a new reporting system and implementing an online customer feedback facility. Outside office hours Lorna continues to study for a BSC in Psychology through the Open University, and is also involved with a film project. |
