Whilst working with Z/Yen, Laura has worked on a range of projects, from a qualitative study of European e-commerce buying behaviour to a 27 country press audit for a leading networking company. She has experience in a variety of research and analysis techniques and of working in both B2B and B2C environments. Recent desk research projects include: an evaluation of the key architects involved in healthcare PFI projects; a study of train safety guidelines and an analysis of the colour printing market. Previously, Laura has worked in various research roles including: Research Project Manager for the MOD Agency DERA; Financial Researcher for Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and Researcher for a creative head-hunting practice. She has a degree in Religious Studies from Newcastle University.
