Since joining Z/Yen, Francesca has worked on the financial benchmarking studies to collate cost, headcount, volume and processing efficiency data from investment and commercial banks in order to measure operational performance. Francesca has experience in a variety of research and analysis techniques and experience of working in both B2B and B2C environments having worked for Aspect International Consulting for five years on a variety of both quantitative and qualitative projects. She has a degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London.
