Dan has over 14 years in Consultancy specialising in Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Software Testing, and Assurance within the Financial Services sector and Central Government.

Dan believes in taking a pragmatic, common sense approach to business.  He has consulted in the UK, Europe and America, the Middle East and South Africa for a number of Central Banks, Financial Institutions and Governments.

Before working with Z/Yen and founding his own company, Dan worked with Enterprise Ireland as an advisor and was a Director of a Capita subsidiary.  He went on to found a new advisory division and has also held a number of senior positions for large multinationals.  Over the years, he has pioneered innovation within his chosen field including risk communication and the relationships between Quality, Risk Management and Operational and Commercial effectiveness.

He is often invited to speak on a range of issues from Quality Assurance to Outsourcing and Assurance issues.  He has written a number of papers on these subjects and often provides input for articles in a number of publications.
